Sounds like their are alot of issues that need to be resolved first. I WOULD NOT even consider trading with him unless he sends first and not until he leaves feedback for the previous trade.

I really hope so too. That's the only reason I didn't leave him a negative or neutral on the first trade. Another thing I wish they would do is add a section to add dc.

And unless you really need the card they have, I would avoid the current offer.
