Just bought a few packs at target earlier and pulled this. is this a more uncommon parallel? its not numbered or anything.

It's the new Ice Parallel. It's more rare than the Gold, and is probably in line with the International parallel.

They are semi rare but not extremely so. They are found 1 in 24 packs and there is a red version that is #'d to 25
I think it is basically a replacement for X-fractors...

They're not extremely rare but it is darvish so it holds more value than most ice cards of course. Probably get $20-$30 for it
