Hey guys, quick questions. Most of you know I collect auto's TTM and I recently received a return from a former Astros manager. He signed the card I sent but also included a signed copy of his 2012 Heritage card signed. The top of the card reads "Player Sample."

I was wondering if this added any extra value (I know the auto usually takes away some value) or if player sample cards are everywhere and it's no big deal? Either way I really appreciate that he threw in an extra card, really cool of him. Plus it's a nice Heritage card so that's awesome.

That's really cool. Probably from a bunch of cards the company gave him to do with as he wanted. Nice.

Thanks for the input guys. Yea, I thought it was pretty cool and it will def. be a special piece in my collection (even though he's in a Pirates uniform).
