Also out of curiosity:

Thanks for the stats Adam, this is exactly what I'm seeing and why I h ate seeing all of the BIN/OBO items these days.

What I wonder is how many of these crazy BIN amounts acutally sell. For example, going back to my Jerry Rice RC...the last two 8.5s that I have seen sell via auction sold between $50-$60...the online beckett gives an 8.5 a value of $80. There are Rice RCs graded 8.5 for sale today BIN/BO listed at $175...come on really?
