really am having a hard time grasping .....

RE: really am having a hard time grasping .....
I wish there was more product i could push that was cheap. Shops dont make anything on wax so Id rather it was affordable from customers. I would much rather sell a bunch of $50-75 boxes than that $500 a pack crap

I agree that we have been getting force fed the same products. First they mcpissed me off by getting rid of classics and gave us timeless treasures instead. That was the worst product this year. Then we get inception which cost too much. Then came along precision which looked like inception. Then we get totally certified which looks just like limited. Playbook kind of looks like NT and are released at the same friggin time. Topps Chrome and platinum have huge inflated prices. The dumbed down topps magic to crappy little boxes that gave you a horrible auto. Then we get spx, spa, and sp signature crammed all into one product. And what the heck is this prime signatures? I haent seen anything prime about it at all. You get some horrible sticker autos for a bunch of money. Plus it looks exactly like some other crappy product they made this year called gridiron legends! So lets recap. We get crappy repeated products all year. We get to spend a bunch for those crappy products. And, they took away the products that most people actually liked. HMMMMM WTF? I dont mind most of the products but next year, they should not bother making inception, totally certified, gridiron legends, precision, prime signatures, or playbook. Out of any of these, inception and totally certified are the exception as they look nice, but inception has way too much damage and TC looks too much like Limited.

My lcs is shutting down.. cant afford to keep the doors open.. selling boxes of panini threads for 160 a box.. I couldnt imagine why.. with stuff like this.. its just pushes me to order.. Ive gotten alot of my stuff from blowoutcards.com till my wife found my bank statement for 589.00 and flipped her lid. I tried to do the same thing like trip and get older single packs.. but lcs has them for 5-10 dollars a pack from 01! well all feel the pain bean!

I too miss Classics. That was a great product with some chances of some great hits of old time players.

Classics was my favorite product every year since they started making them. So of course thats the one product they eliminated this year.
Panini is a joke if you ask me. Chocked full of redemptions - lame designs , silly gimmick cards (video, books, etc) and poor quality control.
I will be buying much less wax in 2012 and concentrating on buying singles.
