My rep has been reading the thread all day. We talked three times today. And I have been getting plenty of support from members all day. And because of them, I'm not going anywhere, too many friends here.

Well since your REP works for BECKETT and this is a BECKETT site, maybe he should chime in and speak to his unhappy customers as opposed to just "reading".
