Need a little help with this Griffey

Recently purchased this Griffey and I can't find it in the OPG. It says it is a 1996 22kt gold photo card #ed out of 5000. It came with this certificate of authenticity. If anyone can help me out with any info on this card I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

a upper deck website or collectos club deal. they made all kinds of stuff that doesnt list. probably 20-25 bucks
