Is he pulling an Arod and not signing a contract? It sucks because he's my favorite Oriole.

Collecting Orioles, Ravens, and Topps Baseball sets 57, (Finally finished 58!), 67, and 69 (need only 2!). Also, MLB HOF Autos.

He must have an ongoing internal issue with Topps. It doesn't look like there will be any Wieters cards anytime soon, very unfortunate as he's starting to become a force.
