It means this is EXACTLY what you are getting these days from a so called "event worn patch" what a joke... If I didn't collect every card I can find of my PC player, I would steer clear of these... Too bad I am a moron and have to own one of everything Shipley has out there... (well, at least what I can track down anyway)
