I'm not a big chromie or a prospector, but I bought a box of 2011 Bowman Chrome and pull this card. Is this guy any good and if I was to try to move it, should I do it now, or wait until the season starts.

Easiest way to tell for any card is to check on eBay to see how many are listed and what they are selling for (i.e. check completed listings).
Collecting John Stockton, Karl Malone, Ivan Rodriguez, Gary Carter & UF player rookie year cards. Plus Jedd Gyorko rookie and prospect cards.
