Hell its a $5 card that was shipped free. If you lose out on $2 you're only getting basically $3 back. I'd just keep the card myself personally. Sucky situation, but it's what I'd do. Maybe ask the guy if he can paypal you $2.50 on the side as a gift for the incident. Therefore bascially getting all your money back.

Same thing happened to me with a Chad Pennington jersey card that I bought on ebay. Except...he didnt ask for a scan of the damage, he refunded all the money AND let me keep the card. Sometimes people mean well but their brain doesnt work right. Why send a card in a PWE with ZERO protection? In the end I have to find a replacement

obviously not worth returning with dc, thats what he is banking on. just give him a negative with 2 stars across the board. Thats the best thing you can do.

That's what I think he is hoping on. He wants me to send it back in a PWE for it can get "LOST" and I get screwed out of any money
