Anyone else dealt with this from UD before??

Anyone else dealt with this from UD before??
Just curious what is happening here. I went through a bunch of stuff today, and collected a pile of redemptions I had pulled and set aside from UD to redeem online. I scratched the first card, which was really had to scratch, and the code underneath was really blurry, like the ink was running or soaked into the card itself.

I tried my best to read the code, typed it in and immediately got this message that I had input too many fraudulent codes, and my account was suspended!!! It said I had to contact techsupport to try to get my accout reopened!!

This is the first time since May i even was trying to redeem a card, and I've NEVER been warned about any kind of "fraudulent codes" before..

What the heck?? I have a pile of like 6 more redemptions to redeem!!

Same thing happened to me...just call Customer Service, tell them what the deal is, and give them as much of the code as you can...they have always been able to work it out for me and others I know that have had the same deal.
