For example, the "retail" price of a ticket stub from Verlander's '11 no hitter is about $50. (Whether people are coming in droves to purchase the stub at that price is another matter). I like the idea of pairing the stub with a decent A-rod card, thereby maximizing the value of both and giving a fan something cool.
