You are spoiled from having all those sweet uniforms to choose from. LOL! J/K. I like the black one myself, it brings out the player and the logo.

I decided on the Black Andrew Luck
make the white background a very light color of which ever player team color the player is. So for cowboys make the background a light blue

Or a color fade where it starts white on one end and ends up the team color or solid color
