Im looking for the patrick willis true rc out of 2007 topps tx exclusive. It is card number 127 and numbered to 1049 according to beckett. Well the card I have and only one I have ever seen is numbered to 599. Beckett doesnt have a willis card numbered to that in this set. Now I know there are other rc's in the same set numbered to 599 so I'm thinking this is just an error, at least I hope. Anybody familiar with that set at all? Also what is the deal with beckett listing the parallels out of platinum as true rc's? There should only be one true rc out of each set.

yeah, I have never seen the Irons /1049, I have all the others from TX too, maybe they didnt make that.

yeah man, the irons is the same situation as my willis. and here is your irons numbered to 599 on the bay. looks just like my willis. i think beckett just has them listed incorrectly for certain players because i dont think its possible for me to have never seen a willis numbered to 1049 in 2 years when i have seen tons of the 599 ones.

dude I have seen tons of examples of beckett not having the numbering right.

Just tonight I added a Brady Triple Threads card and they had the numbering wrong in it....so that might be the issue.

the brown trim ones are numbered to 149 which beckett has listed in their database. like this one here?

i sure hope thats the issue. i already have a willis autographed rc i havent been able to find so i dont need another one to go along with it.
