OK. There's a lot of awful redemption stories on here so, though it should be the norm, I thought I'd post mine here.
I picked up a box of 10-11 SP Authentic on the 'bay and got a redemption for a Candace Parker auto. Obviously not a huge hit, but Upper Deck was spot on, start to finish. I placed the request the second day of October and got the card in the mail last Friday! Quick, painless, no issues at all. Thanks UD!

I collect Michael Jordan, Mitch Richmond, and Ohio State players (football and basketball) in OSU gear. I strongly prefer 90's-era cards and use newer cards primarily for trade bait!
