Serial #d card question

I have 2 of the Chipper Jones 1998 Topps Stars Bronze #/9799. They each have different serial numbers obviously, but I was wondering would this count as having two different cards or since it is the same card detail would it be a duplicate?

for that purpose, it's one card.

If I am understanding you correctly, you are saying you have XXX unique Chipper cards and XXX total Chipper cards....Is this right? If this is correct then I would agree that it is the same card and not a unique addition. I have a few Ethier serial numbered dups but they only count to me as 1 unique card.

Thanks guys, that is what I was thinking. I guess now I can mark the one I don't need to keep for trade. 
Check me for it brother. I've got a few dups that you might not have with more on the way.
