What's with all the injuries???

That ACL injury is no joke this year. Dropping like flies early in the season.
There was no meaningful offseason. Which means there was no conditioning program, no workouts, no weightlifting, no OTA's, no practicing, no nothing.

i dont know what the deal is. I would think these guys would of at least done their own condition and workout programs at home. Seems like they have gotten a lil rusty and just need to do some serious jogging and other impact related exercises to condition the joints and muscles and work themselves into the heavier impacts of actual playing. I look over the replays of most these injuries and majority heavy loaded type plays where guys were really pushing themselves so it has to be conditioning related.
