i need some advise about this card shoul i trade it or keep it does anyone know that it might go up in the future !!!!! i am thinking about it i just dont know yet

Dude, if you are talking about Chris Webber and it is the normal RC and not the refractor, then I say dump it.
His NBA career is over and I don't think that what he does for TNT will affect the value of that card.

The only way, this pulls good money is if it is grade BGS 9.5 or PSA 10. But even then your only looking at about $40-$50.
