Thanks to everyone, I really appreciate the replies and thoughts. I think what I'm going to do before anything is simply post a statement on the main message board about whats happened, and that I am now "back", and if anyone wants to contact me anew with any kind of offer, we can start from there. That way, I can express across the board what happened, and not zero in on any one person for bothering me.
As I said, I had made no comment that I was even looking to move the cards, just many people assumed, and that's OK, it got my interest, but this one person just couldn't wait it seemed. I spoke to another member today in person about it, and he remarked about having similar dealings with this user (constant barrage of email until an answer was given). Turns out, the person in question is a middle school age kid, likely on too much sugar....
