About the link, it was titled what it was. So how did I know it was legit. I don't know you from a ball of yarn. For all I know the link could have been a trojan horse or a worm virus..

What does FWIW stand for? Is it short hand vulgarity?

FWIW is short for what it's worth....... i don't post malicious links & any decent AV program would identify it if it was. Anyone can embed a virus on their photobucket page but nobody posts they shouldn't check it out.
The link is removed, was just trying to assist the OP regarding paypal & some insight on linking bank accounts.
