help me figure out what card this is please?

i'm adding a huge number of cards to my org fs/ft and came across this one:

2005 Leaf Sportcasters ? There are numerous #/35.... i searched Rafael Palmeiro #36 and came up with 160 cards, 21 have sn /35 & is prob 1 of them listed. The card has the Leaf logo on the front.
It has info for Sept 2004 on back of card, thats why i'm thinking 2005. EDIT: i think it's the Yellow Fielding/Glove Version http://www.beckett.com/baseball/2005/lea...ro-5264881
Collecting: Auto's, G/U Jsy/Bat, Refractors, etc.., Harper, Trout, Jeter, Mantle, Rivera, Pujols,Ripken, Griffey Jr, Heyward, Cal Ripken Jr., Posey,
Other Auto's, GU cards will be considered

wow thanks guys, idk why the card says 2004 on the back bottom then
also, now i have to figure out which pose too? lol
Does it say copyright 2004? Maybe they made the cards in 2004 but they were released as a 2005 set
