Anyone know the difference between the regular Topps and the Walmart version?

Walmart has a black border

It's not just a black border; the entire card is black

And the Target has a more cardboard looking back and different front logo

here is a base, a target and a wal-mart...the blasters at wal-mart have 2 of the packs as exclusive wal-mart parallels and targets blasters have 2 packs of the target exclusives:
