If by best you mean starting Week 1 and not being repeatedly violently driven into the turf it will be Ponder. The problem all of these rookies are facing now is getting up to speed with their respective teammates and systems, and all the informal sessions at the local high school in the world just don't cut it. Having little or no training camp is going to put all of them behind as far as development, which in turn will turn up the pressure for teams to win early, which will lead franchises to turn to veterans in the first weeks because they already know the nuances of the game and the playbooks.

So to get back to your question, Ponder has the best chance in the current scenario because of what's around him and his college experience matching his pro system. I fear for Newton and his "I only know the play as #27" lack of knowledge.
