Wow I have been reading on the site about Topps quality control and I found out first hand. So I pulled a Strasburg rookie out of a pack today and noticed it had another players shadow and even the name on the card. Went to my local card shop and he advised I called the Topps 1-800 number. I did and I got " send it back to us and let us check it out, if we have another available we will send it out" WTH!!! I paid for the box and pulled a strasburg, i would think i would get a response more like " Im sorry for the inconvenience, let us get right on that" guess thats wishful thinking huh????? Little irritated at first, ive cooled off a bit now lol

Ive been reading alot of post's lately about the Edit: Profanity that work at Topps.. Seems they dont have the greatest customer service.
