I really hate when this site changes. They had a good site and they make it so complicated. I am trying to enter an item into a new collection, but it does not show up. I have a cue that said it went but when I check the collection it is not there. Please help.

this is a known error right now and they are working on it. There is a thread of just issues that IT guy is updating as things get worked out.

Items i duplicated this afternoon showed up finally this evening. Now i choose to trash and can't. Probably will show up sometime tomorrow in the trash. We thought old site was slow. Waiting 6 hours to insert a card makes the old site look lightning fast. I hope they didn't pay much for the work on this pile of dung.

Search is horrible compared to old site and no totals just sucks. I can safely say that I haven't been able to do anything that has worked as it should other than create folders and move collections into folders in organize.

Hopefully they are working 24/7 and we might get something usable in a month or so.

24/7, no, but they are working at least 12 hours a day. Believe me, you don't want tired programmers working on software. Bad things happen (I've done it, almost got fired). But check out KNOWN ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS in the Help Forum and there they are updating issues and their statuses. it's not to the minute because they are working on them, but it's where most of the updates will be.
