Is this really a variation (that I don't know about) or is it more a printing flaw where the '7' didn't make it onto the card in full leaving only a ','? Any help is appreciated.

I'm rattling my brain because that looks very familiar. I want to say I've seen that before. This looks like it falls under the same category as the top line variation. This was the first one posted where the border running across the top of the card wasn't made correctly and it went straight off the card instead of curving down when it got to the top left corner and started going down the left side.
