Another variation that is out there (but I unfortunately don't have an example of anymore) is from 2003 Playoff Portraits with Front/Back mis-matches. I opened about 20 boxes of this product in late-2003 early-2004 and these were only in one of my boxes. However, about 50% of the box had the front/back mis-matches. There were also some other examples of this "error" on ebay at the time. I ended up selling my entire run of errors to the same collector. I'm not sure if everyone in the set was effected or not, or if there were several wrong back variations of the same front... but I know the player selection in 2003 Playoff Portraits contained many highly collected players such as Ricky Henderson, Don Mattingly, Nolan Ryan, Kirby Puckett, Ryne Sandberg, etc.
