Now I have only read what the guy on here who collects them wrote and seen videos. It's a video game that dispenses cards as prizes. Those cards are then used to play the game. It uses real players and they all have star writing and your team gets better. The machine has a playing field on it and you insert the cards (ie put A Jeter card in the short stop spot).
