So hard for WRs to get into the HOF, so a probable no to Welker, Andre, and Larry. Moss' numbers are fantastic, but a lack of rings (for some strange reason) will make it hard for him to get in. Look at Reed, Brown, Carter, and Owens, who all should be in or on their way and have been stonewalled.
I actually think it's much easier for a Defensive player to get in. I like your list for those, and also add Jared Allen if he continues the way he's playing.
I also don't see Rice, but AP and SJax if they stay healthy, Arian Foster too. It really is too bad that a Super Bowl vacancy weighs so heavily (or in Jerry Kramer's case, a 5 World Champion surplus).
