What is a "Skinned" card?
#6

RE: What is a "Skinned" card?
Saw this on a card forum, sounds like the removal of the back:

One can not simply soak the back off a card, a skinned card is peeled apart and will leave visible signs.
Collecting: Auto's, G/U Jsy/Bat, Refractors, etc.., Harper, Trout, Jeter, Mantle, Rivera, Pujols,Ripken, Griffey Jr, Heyward, Cal Ripken Jr., Posey,
Other Auto's, GU cards will be considered
