2011 Bowman Draft 10 Case Break and Contest Thread [CONTESTS CLOSED]

RE: 2011 Bowman Draft 10 Case Break and Contest Thread [CONTESTS CLOSED]
Case #8, Box #11

Blue /499: Kenneth Peoples-Walls
Blue refractor /199: Kyle Kubitza
Auto: James Harris

Grade: D-
Comments: With just 25 boxes remaining, which probably translates to about 15 base autos, the contest winner is likely going to be whichever of the 2 auto players (Bundy, Anderson, Panik, Stephenson, Vogelbach) shows up a third time. The latter two weren’t picked. It’s starting to get interesting!

Case #8 Summary

Grade: A
Comments: Last three boxes nearly brought this down to an A-, but the first half of the case was a monster, with a red refractor Nimmo, a Bauer refractor auto, a Sandoval 60th auto, and of course the big one: a purple auto Swihart. The second half of the case even contributed with a gold refractor Goldschmidt and an orange USA auto. Cases like this are what makes busting fun. Really good chance of getting value for my $6100 outlay now. I'm done for the night, and tomorrow's my late day in the office, so it will probably be really late before I crack case #9.
