I kinda thought it was premature. He took them to the playoffs last year then he unfortuantly loses his starting Rb then FS then Qb not his fault the backups didnt play up to par.
They should let Orton start and see what he has. Maybe they can go 7-9 and at least end on a high note.

Orton got hurt on his first and only play to this point. And granted he took them to the playoffs last year but they got beat bad by a decent but nit real good Baltimore team. I think the main issue was he just wasn't making good decisions personell wise as far as who to play and not to play. Palko had an interception and a 6.2 passer rating and the offense had 4 yards total in the first half yet he didn't make the change that needed to be made which was to give Stanzi a shot. He also has a real hard time figuring out that Thomas jones is old and not a feature back and that Jackie Battle is the teams best RB eight now not McCluster. He just seems to stick to what he thinks regardless if it's working or not, he just can't admit ok I'm wrong this isn't working and stick with what is working. I think IMO that's what got him fired more than anything.
