All these IDs are banned so you shouldnt have that (ID) person trying to trade with you to begin with....only scenario I could see where that would be useful is if Username A gets banned and creates username B and sends a trade offer....knowing his old username may help if he is using it in his photobucket account I guess. I will try and incorporate this list as well.

Otherwise, This list is setup so Once you get the address then you check the list for city/state, if it matches then PM a mod to check the full address before you send your end out.
