Ok we all have seen the packs at Target of 100 cards for $3.99. We also know to stay away from them. In fact at Christmas time, I hang around a little longer just in case somebody's mother (or mother in law) is thinking about buying one of these as a present. I try to suggest just buying regular packs instead. Anyway they have gotten to the point of adding an unopened pack to in courage sales. Usually a junk pack. Well I did fink one with an 89-90 Fleer pack inside. I decided that $4.00 was worth the gamble.
