You could ask a mod but if memory serves me right it has been said in years past that if someone doesn't send they will be treated just like not sending a trade.

i wouldnt worry about it, i can do much more than a mod. i am a county investigator and if anyone gets hosed on this im sure i can provide any info needed. it seems like everyone interested has a pretty good track record so we shouldnt have any problems
