i make my own, starting with a base of tony roma's carolina sauce. to that i add garlic, a touch of syrup (only acceptable: aunt jemima's butterlite, or fresh maple syrup from NH - not VT) some parsley, finely chopped cilantro, ground red pepper, and most importantly: <b>GUINNESS</b>
if i dont have tony roma's sauce as a base (aint available everywhere), i stick to Bulls Eye for a store brand. they actually have a guinness based sauce as well. you still need to add guinness, however
and cooking with gas is unacceptable
