If a card doesnt get redeemed, should it then "officially" be included in the set? I'd say that if 99% of the cards make it to the market then i wouldn't include that last percent - if you promise to create four boxes of apples, and only make three; then you can't go tot he market with four boxes...unless you're Enron or someone else.
That being said, I do hope they redeem them all because your collection of these cards are mad sick.
