If anyone gets the chance through ebay / Paypal to sign up for BillMeLater, it gives cool offers as long as you can control your spending.
Some of the time, 6 months free credit, so time to pay off the cards, sometimes 5% ebay bucks but you need to pay when your bill arrives otherwise its like a regular credit card and you get interest charges.

Instead of paying for a card with my checking account, I use BillMeLater & get the 5% ebay bucks when the offer is available, the next day I send a payment to BillMeLater. So I get more ebay bucks for the end of the next quarter. It's not illegal and I'm tired of ebay charges so I'm getting a little back.
