OT: EBAY feedback question
Have never left a negative for anyone on EBAY before but bought a couple cards a couple of weeks ago and a week after paying they still weren't marked as shipped. I emailed the sender and they then decided after 8 days and an email from me to ship. If I ever end up getting them am I in the wrong to leave them a negative or should I just leave a neutral with the remark about slow shipping? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
