#249 is the first addition of 2011.&nbsp; I actually ran across this one by looking at a scan in the ebay auction.&nbsp; No serial # listed.&nbsp; This makes the 3rd or 4th one that I have acquired by checking out the scans.....man that is a lot of looking....<br />
