You can take the boy out of the hills, but you can't take the hill out of the boy.... :p

So today's additions also has an investigative story. Found a lot that was sold on BO by krav4747 to TPence1970 on 1-31-13. In it was listed 2012 TOPPS CHROME PURPLE REFRACTOR #144 Clay Matthews (264/499). After contacting Ty, he said he already sold it on ebay. Searching feeback, the only Purple Clay Matthews he sold was numbered 284/499, but sold to coachlew10. Now coach is on Beckett, so I tracked him down there, only to confirm in fact that it was 284/499. Bummed, I let Ty know that it was the wrong number, but he replied that he checked his 2011 & 2012 Topps Chrome Refractors and found two of them.....and they arrived today.

Ty, I appreciate the help!

With 20+ years collecting, this is the most comprehensive single player collection in the world! Beckett lists 4000+ cards - I'm at 95% completion!

Found a Camo refactor during my searches in ended listings, was able to track down brock9266. After the normal exchange of pleasantries and my warped collecting habit he agreed to a swap. In addition, he added another 264 "variant".

Thanks so much, John.

Next addition is a result of intense investigative activity and about a month in the making. Found this won by hillyer5120, after dialogue, he willingly agreed to nothing but a swap and shipping. Lots of folks have been great.

Thank you, Larry!

Next addition was found in a 63 card lot. Some great trade bait in that one, they can be found in the bucket if you need some colored refractors. I emailed the seller and asked my normal, "Are any of them #d 264/xxx?". I got a surprised "Yes, how did you know".....LOL.

This one makes 35 of the 2012 Topps Chrome Colored Refractor 264 "variants"..
