I made a unplanned visit to a pawn shop and found this card, 1962 Topps #320 Hank Aaron! Completely didn't expect to find vintage cards at a pawn shop. I also picked up about 29 other vintage football cards including 2 Johnny Unitas cards for $120 for the whole lot...

Nice pickup! What years were the football?
Yeah you just never know what you will find at pawn shops. I hardly ever pass up a pawn shop or garage sale since finding a motherlode of vintage at a sale in a nearby town.
Currently collecting Mike Trout, Bo Jackson and Al Kaline.
Sets for sale or trade: 1998 Leaf Rookies & Stars-- 99.7% complete. 1999 Finest-- Complete. 2000 Bowman Chrome-- Complete. 2001 Studio---97% complete.
I actually pawned several good cards in the 90's when I was broke (Eddie Murray RC, Ozzie RC). Makes me sad just to think about it.
Interested in EX-MT or better pre-'56 Cardinals, '53 Bowman Color & '74-'78 Topps.

Great!, now I have to start going to Pawn Shops to get a fix?
Good Pick Up
I have been gone a long time, my ideas on collecting have changed as I have aged. Will only be here Off and On because things are different. Not going to do much Trading but will offer some items For Sale. As Always, Have FUN !...Mel
Yeah, I like searching yard sales too, everything I find is early 90s stuff. Sometimes Flea Markets can have some good ones too. This pawn shop had more vintage cards then my local card shop.
Great pickups - wish they had pawn shops in England that sold vintage cards !!!
