These 42 cards were signed by the drivers pictured on them and inserted in packs at a rate of one in 40 in 2007 Wheels High Gear Hobby packs, and one in 96 in Retail packs of 2007 Wheels High Gear. They were certified by the manufacturer on the card backs. They were available in packs of Wheels High Gear and Wheels American Thunder, or both, and are noted below.
