Winner's Choice, Inc. produced this set in 1991 featuring popular Modified car drivers with 14-cards devoted to the late Richie Evans. The black-bordered cards look very similar to 1991 Winner's Choice New England cards and include a color driver or car photo surrounded by a checkered flag frame. The cards were packaged and sold in complete factory set form.
