The fronts feature full-bleed color action player photos. At the bottom the player's name is printed in team color-coded letters, which in turn are underscored by a team color-coded stripe. The backs have a full-bleed ghosted photo except for a square at the player's head. The set name, draft date (April 24, 1994), and production figures (1 of 19,940) are stenciled over the ghosted photo.
