This 250-card standard-size set was issued in two series of 175 and 75 cards, respectively. Cards were issued six per pack. The cards are printed on plastic stock and production quantities were limited to 100,000 of each card; with every card individually numbered on the back. The cards are checklisted alphabetically according to teams. There are a few cards in the set which were apparently late additions as counterparts have been found with a large "X" on the cardfront. We've listed the X-out variation cards below, but they are not considered part of the complete set. It is thought card number 179 was also changed, but has not been confirmed. Two thousand five hundred cards autographed by John Elway and Ken O'Brien were randomly inserted in first series foil packs as well as factory sets. Randomly inserted in second series (Rookies) packs were 2500 signed Ronnie Lott cards. These card do not feature serial number. A second version of the Ronnie Lott signed card was also produced bearing a different photo and card number RL1. These card feature a hand serial numbering of 2542. Two Rookie/Update Prototype cards were produced as well and listed below. [Collapse]
