Released in late December 2002, Fleer Tradition boasts a 300-card set divided up into 270 veteran players and 30 triple-player rookie cards. The base cards feature an old-school look on corregated cardboard with white borders and framing around the photo in colors that match the player's team colors. Released in late December 2002, Fleer Tradition boasts a 300-card set divided up into 270 veteran players and 30 triple-player rookie cards. The base cards feature an old-school look on corregated cardboard with white borders and framing around the photo in colors that match the player's team colors. Names and positions are in the upper left hand corner, and the team logo is in the upper right. The rookie card are set up like 1980-81 Topps in a horizontal tri-player format-except the perforations are printed on the card front. Tradition was packaged in nine card packs which carried a suggested retail price of $1.49, and boxes contained 40 packs. The PROMO card of Caron Butler listed at the end of the set was given away in Dallas at The American Airlines Center on November 30th to the first 12,000 fans through the gate. [Collapse]
