This 10-card insert set was inserted at a rate of 1:37. The fronts have a gold foil background and a round see-through plastic center that appears you're looking down into the net. A player photo is imprinted on the plastic center. The words "Jump Ball" appear in the bottom right corner next to a small basketball. The backs have another photo. some biographical information and are numbered with the prefix "JB-".
