This 210-card standard size, skip-numbered set was issued by Upper Deck for the Japanese market. Cards were distributed in 10-card packs (with an order form card in each pack) and 30-pack boxes (featuring Michael Jordan on both the wrapper and the box). Suggested retail price per pack was 300 yen (approximately three dollars in American funds). The cards are similar (though not identical) in design and numbering to the American 1994-95 Collector's Choice series 2 set. The following subsets are included in this set: Blueprints (153-179), World of Trivia (399-406), Draft Class (407-416) and Checklists (417-420). Please note that the Blueprints subset is numbered out of order in relation to the rest of the set and may be a source of confusion for collectors assembling both first and second series sets. Also, there are no cards issued between numbers 371 and 399. White-bordered fronts feature color player action shots. The player's name, team and position appear in a lower corner. The back carries another color player action shot at the top, with statistics and career highlights displayed below. All cards feature information only in Japanese except for the subset cards which have information in both English and Japanese.
